"Great! We woke up about 3:00 a.m. and the temperature in our home was 82 deg. I called Grant around 8:00 and they promised to get us on the service list. The technician came out above it 2:30 and immediately identified a part that needed to be replaced. He fortunately had an extra on his truck and quickly got it installed. We were expecting a much high bill and we're thrilled when he gave us the bill for $130! We've dealt with less than honest companies in the past who would have taken advantage of the situation and claimed we needed an entire new system. "We had to have a new hvac system installed. 05/22 We bought a Daikin system. We also had a duct cleaning performed, an air scrubber installed, & a new damper system put in. We also signed up for the quarterly service. 06/23 During quarterly maintenance, tech informs us of poor air quality and tells us we need a duct cleaning. I said we just had one done a year ago. The next day Chad (service manager) comes out and looks at it and says the tech had faulty equipment. 08/23 The discharge thermistors were faulty, the fuses tested weak, and the compressor was bad. There was an issue with how the system was installed. They replaced the parts all under warranty. It took around two weeks. They provided 2 window units at no charge. 06/24 Upstairs was not cooling, tech came out and the damper needs replaced, it was under warranty & was replaced the next day. The techs that come out have all been very polite, respectful, and efficient. They will charge a service fee anytime they come out for anything, even if itâ s under warranty. The manager Phillip came out and spoke with me personally about some of the issues I had. Honestly an HVAC system in Texas is going to be a pain in the butt. Overall Minuteman is one of the best HVAC companies around to help you deal with that."

"Aire Serve Lake Worth TX did a phenomenal job servicing our gas furnace during the freeze 1/26/26. I called at 9am Monday and scheduled an appointment for between 10am and 2pm. They notified me when tech was in route and arrived at 10am. Tech Chandler Smith was professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. After some troubleshooting, he was able to restore the system and get us the much-needed heat turned back on. I absolutely recommend their service. From my initial call to their office to the closing of the service call was impressive."
